We have issued you a member number in our system and included a card with your member number on it. You can show the member card to the Doug’s plumbing team at the time of service to ensure you receive all your special member benefits.

  • Check and adjust drain levels

  • Check and adjust water pressure (if applicable)
  • Flush and fill water heater
