Timothy Whetstone came to look at my old water heater because 7-8 minute showers were turning cold. He determined that one element was bad and that it’s so old (26 years) that he wouldn’t recommend trying to repair it. He worked up several estimates for a replacement based on different criteria. That was helpful to compare prices and options. Besides that he explained, in lay terms, how new water heaters are installed, what needs to be installed within and why. He made it easy to understand.
He also checked one of the bathtub faucets that had been leaking into the tub after a shower only to discover that it wasn’t a plumbing problem, but an old faucet that just needed a good cleaning and a very inexpensive part replaced. He could have tried to sell me a new expensive fixture, but was honest with me about what was needed.
I’m totally impressed with his knowledge, his ability to explain things in ways I could understand, and his honesty.

What a pleasure dealing with Brandon Taylor and his helper today! This walk-in jetted tub was something I thought I would ever want or use, but now that it is needed, and it heats properly, it will be a joy to have and far safer than getting up and down from a regular tub. I highly recommend Brandon and your company, and look forward to having technicians back Fri to install a tankless hot water heater and run a line through my attic to give me hot water in a half bath lavatory.

Once again, Brandon discovered the problem with my not getting hot enough water and had a solution! What he could not complete yesterday afternoon , will be done today. I am so happy to have technicians like him doing work for me! Your company is fortunate to have him!
